Hi, I'm Rengin — and I'm so glad you're here.

I founded Renglish Academy out of a deep passion for education and a belief that the right teacher, at the right time, can genuinely change someone's life. After more than two decades working across business and education on a global scale, I made the decision to pour everything I had learned into building a learning environment I truly believed in — and Renglish was born.

My background spans three distinct worlds: over 10 years teaching English at elite private schools internationally, more than 12 years in marketing and operational roles across global organisations, including Siemens and Accenture, and several years running my own education business from the ground up.

That combination is rare — and it's what makes Renglish different. I don't just teach English. I teach the kind of English that gets results in the real world: in boardrooms, job interviews, university applications, international meetings, and everyday life.

•  Bachelor of International Business (Major: Marketing) — RMIT University, Melbourne

•  Certificate IV in Training and Assessment — RMIT University

•  International TESOL Certificate — Global Leadership College

Renglish Academy began as a side passion — a handful of students, a lot of heart, and a vision for what personalised English tutoring could look like. Over time, that passion grew into a thriving global academy, serving learners of all ages and nationalities across Australia and beyond.

What started as one-on-one Business English coaching has expanded into a full suite of programs covering general English, exam preparation (IELTS, TOEFL, VCE, HSC, NAPLAN), conversational fluency, and professional communication. Every program we offer has been designed from scratch by our team — not adapted from a generic curriculum, but built specifically for the way our students learn.
